I really did. I expected it to be blah like most movies I've seen in the past 8 or so years, but this one made me chuckle, not to mention dance in my seat all the way through it. I agree with all the actor reviews - although I wasn't quite so impressed with Colin Firth. Pierce Brosnan's singing wasn't exactly grammy potential, but the costume at the end was! What I loved about the movie as a whole was watching a group of "older" actors show how it's done with little plot and no red carpet type clothing. I'm not a Merryl fan by any means but my goodness, hand this lady an Oscar, she earned it for this role.
